📌 Use this article to understand why your Casinozer deposit shows as pending, how long a deposit takes for each payment method, and what to do if your deposit has not been credited. This article is for all Casinozer players.

What does a pending deposit mean?

A deposit shows as Pending on Casinozer for one of 2 reasons:

  1. Your deposit is being processed. The money has been taken from your bank account or payment method, and the deposit is on its way. It is credited to your Casinozer balance within the processing time of your payment method.

  2. Your payment was not completed. A deposit appears in your History as soon as you select Deposit, even if you did not finish paying. For example, you closed the payment page, you stopped before the end, or your bank declined the payment without telling you. In this case, no money was taken and nothing will be credited.

To know which case applies to you, check whether the money has been taken from your bank account or payment method. This is the only reliable way to tell.

How long does a deposit take?

The table below shows the maximum time for a Casinozer deposit to be credited, for each payment method.

Payment method

Maximum time to be credited

Bank transfer

Up to 48 hours

Bank card

Up to 24 hours

Cryptocurrency

Up to 1 hour

Voucher

Up to 1 hour

E-wallet

Up to 1 hour

Interac

Up to 1 hour

These times count every hour, including weekends and public holidays.

What do the deposit statuses mean?

Each deposit in the History tab of your Casinozer Wallet shows one of these statuses:

  • Complete: your deposit has been credited to your Casinozer balance. The money is available straight away.

  • Pending: your deposit is being processed, or the payment was not completed. See "What does a pending deposit mean?" above.

  • Declined: the payment failed and Casinozer did not receive the money.

  • Cancel: the deposit was cancelled because the payment was not completed.

To open your History, select Deposit at the top right of the page, then select the History tab.

What do I do if my deposit is still pending?

If your Casinozer deposit is still Pending:

  1. Check whether the money has been taken from your bank account or payment method.

  2. If no money has been taken, your payment was not completed. This deposit will not be credited. To add money to your account, make a new deposit.

  3. If the money has been taken, wait for the maximum time of your payment method shown in the table above.

  4. If the money has been taken and this time has passed, contact us via Live chat, available 24/7, or at [email protected]. Send us the ID of your deposit, shown in your History, and your bank statement showing the transaction.

Why was I charged for a declined deposit?

When a Casinozer deposit is Declined, in most cases you are not charged. If an amount still appears on your bank account, it is a temporary reservation made by your bank, not a payment. It is released within 72 hours.

If the amount on your bank statement is a fee rather than a temporary reservation, see: Does Casinozer charge fees for deposits and withdrawals?
