What is a freebet on Casinozer?
A freebet lets you place a sports bet on Casinozer without using your own money. A freebet can only be used on sports bets, not on casino games.
Where do I find my freebet?
Your freebets are in the Bonuses tab of My Bets:
Select Sports at the top of the Casinozer page.
In the sports navigation bar, select the My Bets icon.
Open the Bonuses tab.
Each freebet shows its amount, the time left to activate it, and the events it can be used on.
How do I use my freebet on Casinozer?
To use your freebet on Casinozer:
Open the Bonuses tab of My Bets and activate your freebet.
Add your selection or selections to the betslip.
On the betslip, choose to use your freebet.
Select Place a bet to confirm.
A freebet must be used in full on one single betslip. That betslip can be a single bet or a combo. You cannot split a freebet across several bets.
How long is my Casinozer freebet valid?
A Casinozer freebet that you have not activated stays available for 300 days from the date you received it. Once you activate your freebet, you have 14 days to place your bet. If you don't use your freebet within these 14 days, it expires.
How are freebet winnings paid on Casinozer?
When you win a bet placed with a freebet, only your net winnings are credited to your Casinozer balance. The freebet amount itself is not paid back.
For example, a €5 freebet placed at odds of 3.5 returns €12.50 to your Casinozer balance: €5 × 3.5 = €17.50, minus the €5 freebet.
Bets placed with a freebet are not eligible for Comboboost.
What happens to my freebet if my bet is voided?
If a bet placed with a freebet is voided, for example because the match was cancelled, your freebet is not credited back automatically. To ask for your freebet to be reactivated, contact us through Live chat (available 24/7).
Can I use a freebet on the opposite outcome of my own bet?
You cannot use a freebet to bet on the opposite outcome of a bet you placed with your own money on the same event. If you do, both bets are voided and your freebet is permanently cancelled.
