What is Casinozer cashback?
Casinozer cashback refunds part of your net losses from the previous week. Your cashback is credited automatically every Monday, with no action needed from you. Your cashback percentage depends on your VIP level.
When is my Casinozer cashback credited?
Your Casinozer cashback is credited automatically every Monday between 09:00 and 11:00 UTC. Before 11:00 UTC on Monday, your cashback may not be visible yet on your Casinozer account: crediting is still in progress. You don't need to claim or request your cashback.
Who can get Casinozer cashback?
Cashback starts at VIP Level 3. Players at VIP Level 1 or VIP Level 2 don't receive cashback.
Your Casinozer account must be active both during the week the cashback is calculated on and on the Monday it is credited. Cashback is not credited to a closed account.
What cashback percentage do I get at my VIP level?
The table below shows the Casinozer cashback percentage for each VIP level.

How is my Casinozer cashback calculated?
Your Casinozer cashback is calculated on your net losses from the previous week, from Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59 CET. Only your activity during this week counts.
Your cashback is calculated as follows:
(Deposits − (withdrawals + balance + bonuses + open bets)) × your VIP cashback percentage
Your withdrawals, your remaining balance, your bonuses and your open bets reduce the net loss your cashback is based on. Winnings are not counted as losses.
Your cashback is based on your net losses, not on the total amount you bet. If you bet a large amount but finished the week close to even, you have little or no net loss, and therefore little or no cashback. Your cashback amount cannot be calculated or previewed before it is credited on Monday.
Why does my Casinozer cashback show 0.00?
There is no cashback preview during the week: your cashback for the previous week appears only once it is credited on Monday. A cashback of 0.00 before Monday crediting is normal, and nothing has been lost or removed.
After Monday crediting, a cashback of 0.00 means that no cashback was due for that week, for example because you had no net loss, or because the calculated amount was below the minimum.
Why didn't I receive Casinozer cashback this week?
You don't receive Casinozer cashback for a week in the following cases:
It is Monday before 11:00 UTC: crediting is still in progress.
You had no net loss over the week.
Your calculated cashback is below the minimum amount: €0.20, $0.20, CA$0.20 or R$1.
Your Casinozer account was closed during the week or on the Monday of crediting.
You are below VIP Level 3.
Can I withdraw my Casinozer cashback?
Casinozer cashback is credited as real balance, not as a bonus. It has no bonus conditions and does not expire like a bonus. Like deposited money, your cashback must be bet at least once before you can withdraw it.
