What is the Casinozer VIP program?
The Casinozer VIP program has 6 VIP levels. Each VIP level unlocks advantages: a cashback percentage, withdrawal limits, Weekly Wednesday Freespins and, from VIP Level 4, a personal account manager.
Where can I see my VIP level?
Your VIP level is shown at the top of the side menu, under your username, and on your Profile page.
To see the advantages of each level, open the VIP Levels page:
Open the side menu.
Select VIP Levels.
On the VIP Levels page, select a level to see its cashback, free spins, withdrawal limits and personal account manager.
How is my Casinozer VIP level calculated?
Your VIP level depends on the Coinz you received over the last 30 days. Spending Coinz in the Shop does not lower your VIP level: only the Coinz you receive count, not your current Coinz balance.
Your VIP level is recalculated continuously over this rolling 30-day period. As older days leave the period, the total of Coinz you received can go down. Your VIP level can therefore go down as well as up, including after a period without playing.
